Please read this Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before applying for, registering for, or executing promotional placement actions as an Affiliate partner of Short Chain Labs ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing the registration profile validation sequence or using our tracking links, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by every restriction, term, and rule outlined below.

  1. Enrollment Eligibility & Strict Account Accountability
  • Role Verification: Admission into our marketing referral canvas layer is restricted exclusively to validated affiliate creators who match the high-compliance framework required for our specialized product line.
  • Accuracy of Data: You must provide accurate, active contact details, physical address parameters, and operational verification contexts during account creation.
  • Right of Refusal: We retain absolute discretion to suspend, deny, or terminate any profile index registration cleanly at any time, for any reason, without liability or warning tracking fallback loops.
  1. Mandatory Medical Disclaimer & Research Compliance Guardrails
  • Laboratory Use Only: All items distributed via our store platform are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use. They are absolutely not intended for human consumption, clinical application, therapeutic use, or ingestion of any kind.
  • Prohibited Marketing Language: You are strictly prohibited from framing, describing, or implying that any product provides human health optimization benefits, anti-aging properties, therapeutic cures, weight reduction assistance, or body sculpting enhancements.
  • Zero Regulatory Overlap: You must never reference or mention regulatory bodies (such as the FDA) or use medical treatment diagnostic claims alongside your tracking referral variables.
  • Immediate Termination: Any affiliate found using unvouched marketing keywords, text, audio hooks, or unauthorized public clinical trial statements will have their account immediately deleted, all outstanding unpaid balances permanently forfeited, and their profile blacklisted.
  1. Referral Tracking & Session Link Attribution
  • Cookie Mechanics: Referral transactions are authenticated server-to-server utilizing specific tracking cookies deposited natively into the client browser session interface loop.
  • Attribution Priority: Commission rewards are tracked on a strict "Last Click" basis. If a buyer clears their device local memory cache, blocks standard script indicators, or traverses a separate partner tracking link before checking out, tracking continuity is lost and cannot be restored manually.
  1. Commission Structure, Payout Minimums, & Store Credit Schedules

  • Designated Referral Percentage: Approved marketing links earn a fixed, uniform 5% commission base rate calculated cleanly off the raw subtotal product sale amount of each valid transaction, excluding tax, handling, processing fees, or shipping costs.

  • Monthly Distribution Matrix: Accrued commissions are compiled over a calendar month block and issued within fifteen (15) business days following the close of the matching payment month session context.

  • Strict Payout Minimum Threshold: Your accrued unpaid structural balance must meet or exceed a minimum payout value of $10.00 to qualify for standard monthly allocation processing.

  • Balance Carryover Engine: If your total balance sits below the $10.00 cutoff at the end of the month, the currency ledger will roll over to the next month's session block, continuing until the minimum threshold is met.

  • Designated Delivery Pipeline: All structural payouts are issued directly as Store Credit applied directly to your registered customer profile account. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or external currency, and must be used directly on store inventory purchases. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from unverified customer accounts linked to your affiliate profile.

  • High-Earner Alternative Payout Option: Affiliates who demonstrate consistent, high-volume performance and meet sustained revenue benchmarks may request eligibility for cash payouts via PayPal. Alternative payout arrangements are granted strictly at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to account review, identity verification, and custom payout threshold agreements.
  1. Prohibited Conduct, Spam Limits, & Paid Search Restrictions
  • No Self-Referrals: You cannot utilize your own affiliate link variables to secure discounts on your personal customer accounts or raw bulk material orders.
  • Spam and Blind Posting: You are completely blocked from executing automated mass email drops, text spam vectors, comment scraping injections, or blind forum populating layouts.
  • Trademark Bidding: You may not run paid advertising search campaigns (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Meta Networks) targeting our trademarked name variations, typos, or specific compound inventory names.
  1. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
  • As-Is Platform Delivery: Our affiliate interface system framework is delivered strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline pattern context. We provide no guarantees that connection pipelines, server tracking records, or direct links will run uninterrupted without runtime network gaps.
  • Hold Harmless Protection: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Short Chain Labs, its managers, directors, and technical developers from any claims, fines, legal fees, or regulatory damages arising from your failure to enforce the research peptide compliance rules outlined in Section 2.
