Payment Apps - Note Instructions
Follow these steps carefully, to avoid processing delays:
1. Click Bright Green COPY ORDER INFO Button (Copies Order # and Total):
2. Click the Zelle Payment button on the right, login to your Bank.
3. Enter in our Zelle Tag: ShortChainServices
4. Paste the Copied Order#/Total text in the memo.
5. Click Pay, and we will process your Order!
In order to meet mandatory transaction processing regulations, we require strict adherence to our checkout instructions. The payment note/memo field must be reserved entirely for your order identification.
Please note that any transactions containing product descriptions or extra data are subject to review, which may cause extended fulfillment delays or complete order cancellation.
